PwC Diversity

Diversity in the workplace can be a difficult subject. For many, cultural awareness and agility do not come easily. Addressing the issues can be incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. Rather than allowing people to continue to politely avoid the issues, we began an open and honest conversation about what employees were really feeling, which launched a dialogue of understanding and growth.

We also created a website to further the conversation. By sharing insights and exploring the complexities of diversity, visitors were encouraged to come to terms with their own biases and to better understand the sensitivities of others
